Rosa Huang

Rosa is a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial Department, dual-qualified in England and Wales and China. She holds a Master of Laws from one of China’s top universities.
Rosa has amassed over a decade of post-qualification experience across China, Singapore and the UK. Since qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2020, she has undertaken corporate and commercial roles at well-established City of London law firms.
Prior to relocating to the UK, she held senior in-house legal roles, including General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel, at multinational corporations, a listed company, and joint-venture enterprises with high-profile international partners, based in mainland China, including Beijing, and in Singapore.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, Rosa advises domestic and international clients on an array of corporate and commercial matters, including cross-border transactions, M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
