Jasmine studied law at BPP University in London and gained her LPC. Jasmine has been working in a solicitors' office since 2016 and qualified as a solicitor in February 2020. Jasmine is a qualified solicitor. Jasmine has experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, commercial sales and acquisitions, contracts/agreements, property portfolio refinancing and landlord and tenant matters. She also deals with a wide range of civil litigation matters including insolvency proceedings, breach of contract, family disputes, possession proceedings and regularly appears in court. However, she encourages her clients to consider out-of-court settlements and avoid going to court. Jasmine also deals with spousal visas (including domestic violence applications), dependant visas, visitor visas, Tier 4 student visas, UK permanent passports and much more.Jasmine is fluent in English, Hindi and Urdu.
