Tabitha Boyton
Trainee Solicitor
Tabitha is a Trainee Solicitor in Chan Neill Solicitors' Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration practice. She is a member of the Disputes Team, based in our Mayfair office. Tabitha was awarded her First Class LLB from Northeastern University and her LLM from the University of Law with Distinction. She was Called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2023 by Grays Inn. Having initially joined the firm as a Family and Litigation paralegal; Tabitha quickly demonstrated a strong aptitude for complex disputes work and was awarded a training contract within her first year. She has a broad range of experience already assisting senior team members in Schedule 1 Children Act proceedings, relocation proceedings, financial settlement and child arrangement matters alongside large scale bridging loan disputes, international gambling disputes, debt recovery, fraudulent directorships, cryptocurrency fraud, professional negligence and HMO written representations. Tabitha also qualified as a Civil Mediation Council and International Mediation Institute accredited Mediator in August 2024. Tabitha is also one of our Social Events Officers who works with the marketing and management team to organise CNS events such as the London Legal Walk, Litigation Essay Competition and many others.
