Tim obtained his LLB from the University of Sheffield, followed by an LLM in Commercial Law, Banking and Debt Finance at the University of Law, and an LLM in Banking and Finance at Queen Mary University of London.
He has extensive experience in family law matters, ranging from divorce and separation to complex financial remedy proceedings, pre and post‑nuptial agreements as well as child arrangements involving both domestic and cross‑border issues.
His property and conveyancing experience encompasses acting for local and overseas buyers, sellers and investors in residential and commercial transactions, including lease extensions, title transfers and refinancing matters. Tim also advises on commercial disputes with UK and international elements, such as breach of contract, partnership disagreements and debt recovery, delivering practical solutions to suit the needs of a diverse clientele.
