Miles Charleton

Miles joined Chan Neill Solicitors in July 2023 and is based in our Mayfair office. He qualified as a Solicitor in January 2026.
He focuses primarily on commercial and residential property matters and has gained experience across a range of transactions, including those with complex and high-value elements. His commercial property work includes acting on transactions in various sectors, from hotels to fast food restaurants.
Miles completed his undergraduate degree in English and Philosophy at the University of Sheffield. He then went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law.
Miles has a strong interest in property law and has developed a practical understanding of both the legal and commercial aspects of real estate transactions. He is committed to delivering clear, responsive, and results-oriented advice to clients.
