Sarveshwar is a disputes solicitor acting for businesses, landlords and individuals. He qualified in England and Wales in 2025 after four years as an advocate in India, where he litigated before the High Courts and the Supreme Court of India, including on high-value contract and debt recovery claims.
His practice covers contract, debt recovery, landlord and tenant, and employment matters. Much of his work is about resolving disputes early on, and where one cannot be avoided, litigating it as efficiently as the circumstances allow. He holds an LLM in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
He works with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and speaks English, Tamil and Hindi.
Outside client work, Sarveshwar Kanna volunteers with the Society for Computers and Law and the Association of British Tamil Lawyers.
He is a keen chess player.
