Weiling Choi

Weiling Choi, graduated with law degree from LSE, was admitted as a solicitor of England and Wales in 1998 and of Hong Kong SAR in 2000. She has been practicing immigration law for the last 25 years and handles wide range of visa applications, claims outside of the immigration rules as well as under Human Rights law. She has also assisted clients work through adverse immigration decisions through tribunal appeals and judicial reviews. Weiling is passionate about helping her clients to resolve their immigration problems, often recognizing the value and importance they place on being able to reside in the UK in accordance with the law.
