Gideon is a litigation partner who joined Chan Neill Solicitors in 2025, specialising in complex commercial litigation. Before joining, Gideon worked in a boutique litigation firm specialising in high-value commercial litigation for corporate clients and high-net worth individuals.
Gideon advises on a broad range of commercial and contractual disputes, with particular expertise in breach of contract claims, construction disputes, fraud, insolvency, insurance/reinsurance disputes, professional negligence, partnership and shareholder disputes. Gideon’s is well versed in a broad range of interim applications, including freezing injunctions, security for costs applications and Norwich Pharmacal applications.
Gideon frequently advises on cases with an international element. He has litigated in the English Courts and has experience of ICC, LCIA, SIAC and UNCITRAL arbitrations.
