Brenda joined Chan Neill Solicitors in September 2024 and is a Partner within the Property Department. Prior to joining Chan Neill Solicitors, Brenda worked at a commercial law firm in London and advised both international and domestic clients in a wide range of commercial and residential property matters including buying new build properties off plan, all aspects of freehold and leasehold purchase and sales, re-mortgage and transfers of equity. Brenda is particularly experienced in acting for Banks and high-net-worth individuals and companies from Asia investing in prime location properties in London. Brenda is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. In her spare time, Brenda enjoys travelling and reading.
