Assist with managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases.

Prepare, draft, and review legal documents and correspondence.

Assist the supervising solicitor with contentious family law disputes, including complex financial and children matters.

Draft contentious family pleadings, witness statements, applications, and directions questionnaires for court proceedings.

Prepare, paginate, and update electronic and paper court bundles for interim and final hearings.

Assist with contested divorce, financial remedy, and child arrangements proceedings, including CAO, PSO, SIO, NMO, and OO applications.

Conduct targeted legal research on case law, procedure, and evidence to support hearing, mediation, and negotiation strategies.

Liaise with counsel, the court, and experts regarding listings, instructions, and case management directions.

Manage contentious family case files, monitor court timetables, and ensure compliance with procedural rules and orders.

Take detailed attendance notes of client conferences, counsel conferences, and hearings to support case preparation and evidence.
