Our lawyers were instructed to assist in acquiring a school and its assets with a view to future expansion and opening an international wing. The investment was complicated by the school having serious liquidity issues and time became of the essence to try and carry out Due Diligence and advise the client accordingly on how best to structure investment,  obtain legal charge over fixed property assets, reviewing and advising on financial information, human resources and restructuring of employment.
