Tracy Lau


Tracy is a Solicitor specialising in both residential and commercial property. She has acted for both individual investors based in the UK and overseas.

She undertakes a range of residential property transactions, including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, mortgages, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new build and buy to let. She also advises her clients in commercial landlord and tenant issues, such as drafting and negotiating new leases, lease extension, deeds of variations, deeds of surrender, assignment of leases/businesses and statutory declarations.

Tracy is always committed to providing the best quality customer service and strives to protect her clients' interests.

Tracy graduated and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Westminster. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2015.

Tracy is multilingual, she speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
