Each trainee is assigned a mentor and rotated through our main departments, with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work, including at least the following seats:

Starting at a new workplace can be daunting. Our trainee programme begins with a structured induction period to help you find your way around our internal systems and culture, before you begin your carefully scaffolded legal training.
We provide regular appraisal, ongoing two-way feedback, and clearly defined expectations, and believe that these lay the foundations for continued improvement.
