Jasmine Shaikh


Jasmine studied law at BPP University, London and completed the LPC at the same institution. 

She obtained a summer work experience placement with DDO Solicitors in the summer of 2016 before joining DDO Solicitors full-time in March 2018 . She subsequently obtained a training contract in August 2018 before the firm merged with Chan Neill Solicitors in December 2018 . Jasmine continued her training contract with Chan Neill and she qualified as a Solicitor in February 2020. 

Jasmine has extensive experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, business sales and acquisitions, contracts/agreements, refinance of property portfolio and landlord and tenant matters. She has built up her reputation with the firms long standing clients and she regularly gets positive feedback from clients on her handling of matters.

She also deals with a wide range of civil litigation matters including bankruptcy proceedings, breach of contract, family disputes, possession proceedings etc. and regularly attends court; although she encourages her clients to always consider settling out of court. 

Jasmine also has an interest in immigration and occasionally accepts instructions for the following application: Spouse Visas (inc. Domestic Violence applications), Dependent Visa,  Visitor Visa, Tier 4 Student Visa, British Passport.

Jasmine is fluent in English, Hindi and Urdu.
