We know just how notoriously complicated and constantly-changing the UK immigration rules are. Our immigration desk prides ourselves on keeping up to date with the immigration rules and applying them carefully in every case.
Applications are sometimes unfairly rejected. Our team keeps a sharp lookout for such decisions, and its disciplined grasp of the law means that we will be prepared to fight for you every step of the way should you be unlawfully treated. We work closely with specialist immigration barristers to argue your appeals for you should the need arise, and focus closely on winning your case.
We have also been advising clients on their citizenship by investment in the EU Member States as well as non EU countries.
EU citizenship by Investment, also known as “Golden Visa” is an immigration program that grants investors and their dependant family members residence permits in the country they have invested. A “Golden Visa” allows the investors and their dependant family members to live, work and study in the country, however they are not required to live full time in the country they have invested.
The EU member States that issue Golden Visas that tied to investment programs are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland. Each member state has slightly different investment programs. Golden Visas can be renewed continuously as long as you maintain your investment or until you become eligible for permanent residency (PR). You don’t have to live in the country you invest to keep renewing your residence permit. Non-EU Countries for citizenship by investment that are St Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica Republic and Turkey.
