Jason Wong


Jason studied law at the University of Nottingham and then finished his legal practice course at the University of Law. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2020 within a boutique firm in central London and joined Chan Neill in the same year.

Jason specialises in residential property, commercial property conveyancing and immigration. His expertise in residential property includes sale and purchases of freehold, leasehold and shared freehold properties, new developments and transfer of equity. For commercial conveyancing, he specialises in sale and purchases, assigning leases, drafting new leases and leasehold extensions.

Jason’s expertise in immigration includes the following applications: Spouse visa (including unmarried partner), 10 years indefinite leave to remain, 20 years long residence, family and private life, visitor’s visa, Tier 1 (Investor) visa, Tier 2 work visa, Tier 4 student visa, British passport, naturalisation/ registration as a British citizen, etc. He also has experience in immigration appeals.

Jason is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
