Andrew Rose

Senior Associate

Andrew Rose obtained a Law degree from the University of Leicester followed by a Legal Practice Qualification from the College of Law in Guildford.

Andrew qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and was headhunted to work for Eversheds where he stayed for over 3 years in their General risks department, concentrating on defending personal injury claims for local authorities and large organisations and making Criminal Injury compensation claims via local authorities for abused children.

Andrew is a Senior Associate with Chan Neill Solicitors and has been specialising in all types of Injury Claims for over 15 years, including catastrophic and fatal injury cases. He enjoys acting for both individuals and Insurers in general risk litigation as he finds this keeps his mind alert to both sides of any argument.

When not working, Andrew enjoys football.  He is a member of the Lawyers Christian Fellowship. He is also a trustee of a Christian aid charity Hand in Hand and spent time in Kenya assisting another Christian Legal charity called CLEAR.
