Andrew Rose is a specialist Litigation Solicitor. He has over 20 years of litigation experience. He specialises in injury claims of all kinds for both individuals and insurers including catastrophic and fatal injury cases, as well as other commercial and non-commercial litigation including advising both employers and employees on employment issues such as unfair and constructive dismissal, redundancy, settlement agreements and the application of restrictive covenants.
He obtained a Law degree from the University of Leicester followed by a Legal Practice Qualification from the College of Law in Guildford. He then qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and worked for Eversheds Sutherland for over 3 years defending personal injury claims for local authorities and other large organisations and making Criminal Injury Compensation claims for abused children in care on behalf of the local authority, before moving on to Chan Neill where he has been for the last 15 years.
Andrew is a thorough and determined litigator who is keen to ensure that the client gets the best objective advice possible to ensure the best outcome possible. He is a careful listener and someone keen to make sure the client’s needs are met, so that the clients not only gets the best outcome but that the process of getting it, has been as good as it can be.
