Our team of lawyers already act for a number of finance companies in the recovery of credit. We draft credit agreements for clients, which can either be regulated, or outside the statutory obligations of the Consumer Credit Act. Therefore, we advise when such agreements are enforceable or non-enforceable and thus on what action may need to be taken to obtain redress.
